Looking for a new devotional? WORDS TO WRITE BY is a compilation of different authors as they share the Scripture or quotation that they’ve found inspiring to their writing. Geared toward writers, the devotionals touch on all aspects of the writing life: basic motivation, rejection, publishing, and succeeding.

The devotionals are short (some are only one page) but thought provoking. I especially enjoyed some of the devotionals penned by some of my favorite authors, but even the ones written by people I didn’t know where good.
